Melbourne Fashion Institute offers fashion education and training at its fashion school located in Fitzroy.
The newly refurbished premises are on the second floor of 156 George Street. The college is in the centre of a bohemian mix of art galleries, boutiques, cafes, art suppliers, bookshops, antique shops, bars and nightclubs. Close to the city, the centre of Melbourne is only a few minutes away by tram and easily accessible by students. Free car parking is also available in the surrounding streets.
MFI courses have been developed in consultation with the fashion industry and are taught by qualified lecturers. The staff have been chosen for their teaching expertise and ability to inspire students as well as their many years of industry experience.
